Ordering

What’s the minimum order?
Most displays start at a 50-unit minimum; corrugated CDUs typically start at 100. Smaller runs can sometimes be quoted case by case.
Is there a maximum order size?
No. We produce national programs into the tens of thousands, with better pricing at volume.
Can I order a sample before a full run?
Yes. We can provide a pre-production sample so you can confirm structure, fit, and print before committing to the full quantity.
Can I mix display types in one order?
Yes. Combine acrylic units, risers, and holders to reach volume pricing and keep a consistent brand look.
Can I reorder and match my last batch?
Yes. We keep your tooling, dielines, and artwork on file so reorders match exactly and skip most setup.

Design & Artwork

Do you charge for mockups?
No. Mockups are free with unlimited revisions until you approve. We only charge once the design is signed off.
What artwork files do you need?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) are ideal for headers and printed panels. If you only have a logo, our designers build print-ready artwork for you.
Can you engineer the structure for my product?
Yes. Send your product dimensions and weight and we design compartments, tiers, hooks, or lanes to hold and present it.
Can you match my brand (Pantone) colors?
Yes. We support Pantone/spot matching in print and custom powder-coat colors for metal.
How many revisions do I get?
Unlimited, and always free, until you’re ready to approve.

Materials & Production

What materials do you offer?
Cast and extruded acrylic, E/B-flute corrugated and SBS board, natural and stained wood, and powder-coated steel wire and sheet metal.
How long does production take?
About 2–3 weeks from approved mockup for most displays; metal racks and complex builds can run slightly longer.
Do you offer rush production?
Yes. Rush is available for firm deadlines — tell us your date and we’ll confirm what’s possible.
Do displays ship assembled or flat?
Corrugated units ship flat and set up with auto-lock bases; acrylic and metal can ship flat-pack or pre-assembled depending on the design.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is quoted with your order based on quantity, size, and destination, and confirmed before you pay.
How much do custom displays cost?
Pricing is by quote and depends on material, size, configuration, and quantity — typically $3–$45 per unit at MOQ. Each product page shows a representative range.
Why don’t you list exact prices?
Because the accurate number depends on your exact design and volume. A quick quote gives you a real, itemized price.
Do you offer a lowest-price guarantee?
Yes. Send a comparable quote and we’ll work to beat it on equivalent specs.

Product & Care

What if my display arrives damaged or wrong?
If an order arrives defective or doesn’t match your approved mockup, we remake or replace the affected units at no cost. See our Return Policy.
How durable are acrylic and metal displays?
Both are built for long-term use — acrylic resists cracking and cleans easily, and powder-coated metal resists scratches and holds significant weight.
Can displays be branded permanently?
Yes. UV direct printing on acrylic, printed metal signs, and screen printing give permanent graphics; insert-based headers allow easy updates.
How do I clean acrylic displays?
Wipe with a soft cloth and mild soap or a plastic-safe cleaner; avoid abrasive or ammonia-based products that can haze acrylic.
